Maybe you have already noticed: since January 2025 we have been running rubylimes. High time we properly introduced ourselves.
How it all began for me
I am Kathi and I have been living with type 1 diabetes since 2003, when I was 9 years old. After 20 years of countless injections, I got my first insulin pump in June 2024. From day one, not only the pump made everyday life easier for me, but also the underwear from rubylimes. So before I became part of rubylimes, I was above all one thing: an enthusiastic customer.
How we came to rubylimes
When the founder announced that she could no longer continue rubylimes, Tobi and I decided to take over the company and carry rubylimes on with lots of heart.
Who we are
Tobi and I have been a couple for seven years, are now engaged and parents of a little daughter. rubylimes has become a true labour of love for us.
What stays and what is new
Our underwear with a sewn-in pump pocket stays just as you know it. You can also reach us through our newsletter and on Instagram. And right now we are working on a new cut: a Brazilian slip in leopard print, with a sewn-in pump pocket of course. 🐆
